While she was working for IBM, Catherine was responsible for Software Group market man-agement for Asia Pacific. Catherine was the Director, Mainstream Engineering Education Sector APAC with Siemens Industry Software in Singapore where Catherine was heading the Education market development in APAC and significantly increased market coverage and customer bases in the whole region as well as impacted on Industrial Design industry on a global level.
